Your persistent progress lives in the code. Near the top of the script there are three arrays — DONE_VIDEOS, DONE_HANDS, DONE_QUIZZES. Each lesson row shows its number (#1, #2…). As you finish lessons, add them to DONE_VIDEOS — single numbers or ranges like "1-8" — and re-save the file. That survives hosting and any browser. Ticking boxes in the page also works (saved in that browser) and takes priority once you touch a box.

How each day works: watch the listed lessons (they sum to ~60 min of real video), then spend the hands-on + notes block reinforcing it — a few minutes in the console and your own written summary. Tick the section quiz when you clear it. A day flips to green when everything on it is checked.

Two honest notes: a couple of lesson titles/durations were read from your screenshots, so if one looks off, trust your dashboard. And if a day slips, don't double up — just do the next day. The chain beats the pace.
